Aavesh Energy adheres to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and aligns with GDPR for European partners. Data from "Supplier Registration" is processed for German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) compliance.
2. Intellectual Property & VDR
All VDR content is proprietary. Access is under bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Unauthorized sharing of "Li-S Roadmap" materials will be prosecuted under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
